The monolithic steel-concrete panel creates a continuous load path with no joints, no pull-through failures, and no shear plane separation, even at high-wind loads. Stick-frame fails at 110 mph. MONOLEV doesn't.
No wood. No combustible foam. No OSB. The panel doesn't burn, doesn't release toxic gas, and doesn't collapse in the first 20 minutes of a fire. Safe enough to install a fireplace directly inside a MONOLEV structure.
240+ electro-welded connection pins distribute seismic energy uniformly across the full wall diaphragm, eliminating the point failures that collapse wood-frame buildings in high seismic zones.
EPS core delivers continuous insulation from floor to ceiling with zero thermal bridging. Conventional 2×6 framing delivers R-6 effective (not R-19). MONOLEV cuts HVAC load and meets IECC in every climate zone.
